Snow in Houston on Friday, Dec 4th, 2009

Real snow in Houston tomorrow.  Snow is a rare thing in Houston, Texas -- although I think it did snow last year for a couple of hours.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch for all of Southeast Texas from 6 a.m. Friday until 12 a.m. Saturday.  The temperatures on Friday are predicted to be 29 - 43 degrees, and on Saturday are predicted to be 32 - 49 degrees.

We could see snow in the Houston area as early as noon on Friday, especially in the northern communities.  Most Houstonians are not experts at driving in the snow, so please drive very carefully, and watch out for the other drivers.

Stay safe and warm!
