Don't Forget To Turn Your Clocks Back One Hour Tonight. You get to sleep one extra hour tomorrow morning. Won't that be nice?
TV Stations used to be very good about reminding everybody about the time change with clever commercials, but they don't seem to do that anymore. By the way, I saw this great article about the time change and related sleep issues that you might be interested in. For example, they said to have the most restful sleep avoid these things close to the time when you are going to bed:
- alcohol (I thought this would help going to sleep, but a little can be a stimulant)
- a large meal
