This was taken from the beach on the San Francisco side. You can almost see the fort under the small arch under the bridge.
Hope you get to visit the bridge someday. It is absolutely wonderful. Allow extra time to go through the National Park which consists of many forts and other interesting things to see. Don't forget to bring your National Park Passport book. I think I got 10 passport stamps in Golden Gate National Park.
