Train Trip to Davis, Oklahoma, May 2010-- Misc Pictures of Interest

This painted buffalo is next to the train depot (you can see it in the background).  The depot is also a museum of the town of Davis, OK.

  train accessory?

I'm not quite sure what this is.  I'm guessing it has something to do with trains.  Maybe a gravel loader?  Do you know what it is?

This is the first CSX train engine I've taken a picture of.  Love the blue and yellow/gold colors in contrast to the orange and black BNSF engines.

rr bridge

This old section of train bridge was near where the Railfan group was taking pictures for the weekend.

seal of chickasaw nation

This is the official seal of the Chickasaw Nation.  We stayed at a hotel that connected to a casino.  The hotel was called the Inn.

The Inn

This is a picture of the hotel.  The rooms were actually very nice.  Room included a continental breakfast.
