Fire in the Hole -- Carino's in Bend, Oregon

Visit Carino's today for a wonderful meal you won't soon forget.  They are about the friendliest group of restaurant staff I've had the pleasure to meet.Carino's Italian

Located in Bend Oregon, this great restaurant features Italian recipes for the whole family.

The open concept kitchen is awesome.  It is fun to watch the food being prepared.

I think this is the (12 layer?) lasagna.  I'm still full from my Chicken Scallopini that I got at Carino's or this would look really good to me.

unique decorations

They decorate with these unique serving dishes.  It adds a bit of color and old world charm.

Here is a picture of their pizza oven.

And here is the star of the show, the skilletini.

fire in the hole

When they are cooking the Skilletini, they turn off the lights in the kitchen and yell out "fire in the hole", then the chef lights the pan on fire and this fabulous display is the result.  I'm sure the skilletini is as good as the rest of the dishes at Carino's.

Save room for dessert, this teramasu was light and fluffy.

For more information about the restaurant call 541-318-6300 or email Jeffery Flones the General Manager at  Ask for Jennifer if you want great service.
