Walking In Elvis' Footsteps -- Elvis Presley's Birthplace in Tupelo, Mississippi

Elvis Presley's Birthplace in Tupelo, Mississippi.  Elvis Aaron Presley was born to Vernon and Gladys Presley in a two-room house in Tupelo, Mississippi, on January 8, 1935.

Elvis's car is on display at the museum in Tupelo, Mississippi.

Here is the fountain near the house where Elvis was born.  All around this property there are year markers and tidbits about Elvis.  The 1977 to the left of the fountain is the year Elvis died.

There is a museum and walking tour of the property in Tupelo.

This little church is on the property as well. 

If you are in the Tupelo, Mississippi area, make sure and stop by.  Aside from walking where Elvis did, you can visit the gift shop and take home a momento.

Hi Adrian, it was fun to visit there.  I have a great husband who finds all the neat spots to visit where ever we travel.  It makes for a fun and interesting road trip.
